The following is hereby incorporated into the said Agreement (draw a diagonal line through any unused space and identify any Continuation Sheets by page number):
Except as changed by this Amendment, the aforesaid Author Collaboration Agreement shall continue in effect according to its terms. It is agreed that this form may be used to terminate said Agreement if so desired and stated in the space above. The changes herein shall be effective on the date this document is signed by all Parties.
